What are your vaccination requirements for dog boarding?
For the safety and health of all our guests and staff, we require our dog boarding guests have proof of current vaccination for rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. All vaccinations should be given at least one week before your reservation date. Our Reservation Specialist will review this with you when you call to make your dog boarding reservation.
Do you require reservations for dog boarding?
To maintain our exceptional safety record, we depend on having the right level of staffing for the expected number of guests each day. For this reason, we do require reservations for dog boarding.

We may consult with your pet’s veterinarian to determine if our resort is the best place for your pet to stay. Above all, your dog’s wellbeing is our top priority — and if we feel another arrangement might suit them better, we’ll always be upfront with you.
Should I bring my dog’s own food?
We encourage pet parents to bring their pet’s usual food to keep them on the diet they’re used to. But, we do offer a holistic, premium dog food for no extra fee if you prefer or forget to bring yours!
Can I bring my dog’s toys?
We have plenty of fun, safe toys to go around, and they’re regularly sanitized. We suggest leaving your pet’s toys at home.
Can I add bathing to my dog’s stay?
